Making A Purchase If you are a Dealer then making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You will receive an automated confirmation of order. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PRICES SHOWN ON WESITE ARE RETAIL PRICES AS A DEALER YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THIS PRICE. WE WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF YOUR AMENDED ORDER WHEN PROCESSED

When we have checked the availability of your order we will order from Greenwich Workshop on your behalf.
Once your order has arrived at our Distribution Centre we will check that your purchase is correct and in good condition and then it will be re packed and sent to you on a 48 hour delivery with Parcelforce.

If the print, canvas or book is not available we will contact you immediately. If you do not hear from us then take it that everything is fine and your order will be shipped on the next consignment. For explanation of our Delivery Schedule please see the relevant section below.

Our payment terms are 30 days from delivery. If this is not abided to we will charge interest on the account and may, in future require payment with order.

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards including American Express. If you are shopping from Europe place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the equivalent of your own currency.
We also accept cheques and payment can also be made direct into our bank account using BACS

Shipping And Handling Postage is additonal to all orders. We have recently reviewed the delivery costs and have set them at a flat rate of £25.00 throughout the UK and £34.00 to Europe. This charge is set at this level as it has to cover some of the costs incurred by shipping the items into the country from the USA. As time goes on and the more we import each month the lower this rate willl become in future.

All purchases are delivered to your Gallery using the courier Parcelforce. They are generally shipped on a 48hour delivery service.
Delivery Schedule As soon as we recieve your order we send a purchase order to Greenwich Workshop. Your order then gets added to the monthly shipment.
We have arranged with Greenwich to receive our delivery at the end of each month. To ensure being on this delivery you need to order by the 22nd of each month.

As soon as your order has arrived in our Distribution Centre it is checked and then sent out to you. This will generally only take a few days, so most orders should be delvered to you in the first few days of the month.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges The Fine Art Centre is not VAT registered therefore all orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

As mentioned previously this site is primarily for the use of (Dealers and Galleries). Retail clients who wish to view our partners websites should CLICK HERE.



We will forward your details immediately to our nearest authorised Greenwich Workshop Fine Art Dealer and have them make contact with you personally to discuss your requirements.

Once we have received your order from the authorised dealer, we carefully reconcile it before it is submitted against real time inventory in The Greenwich Workshop central system.

An electronic confirmation of each individual order will be sent back to your chosen dealer within 24 hours. Using this methodology, we are able to provide our dealers and their valued client(s)with an optimum stock availability check against any cancellations that may have been re-entering the inventory management control system against ''sold out at Publisher'' status requests.

Please remember, an order is only at confirmed status once our authorised dealer has personally advised you .
